Hola!

Os posteo un mega reportaje que hice en una escapada a San Sebastián el pasado mes de Diciembre. Yo no soy de allí y no os puedo dar muchas explicaciones sobre las edificaciones.

En general los edificios son muy afrancesados, parece un París en pequeño.. en mi opinión creo que es la ciudad de España con mejor arquitectura de finales del XIX y principios del XX, sólo comparable a Barcelona.

fantasticas fotos, muchas gracias. Sin duda donosti es una de las ciudades con más glamour de España. El hecho de que la burguesia de la época quisiera convertir esta localidad en su "biarritz" particular propició la construcción de grandes mansiones y edificios decimonónicos señoriales, al estilo francés y bastante eclécticos en su concepción. Además el marco de la concha es insuperable. Si los ingleses y franceses tenian biarritz, los de aqui tenian donosti y a, mi juicio, más bonito que biarritz por mucha mansión que tenga esta localidad de las landas.

Que buenos recuerdos me ha traido cuando hace años pude pasear por esas calles.
No he visto nada del barrio de lo viejo. Hace años con la kale borroka muy activa estaba muy degradado pero a mi tambien me fascinó. Ahora imagino que estara muy recuperado.

Ahora bien, la zona "parisina" es realmente alucinante. Terminas con torticolis porque es inevitable observar cada uno de los edificios.

Se trata de la Torre de Atotxa (http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=169022) y tiene 21 plantas. El uso de la torre es mixto: oficinas y viviendas. No sé exactamente en qué porcentaje.

En el foro de Euskadi he puesto hace poco una serie de fotos de la torre y la zona en la que se encuentra. Por si le quieres echar un vistazo, lo tienes aquí (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=167994).

¡Impresionante reportaje! Incluso me he dado cuenta de detalles que hasta ahora se me habían pasado desapercibidos.

Por cierto, el "simpático muñecote" es Olentzero, el personaje que, según la tradición vasca, trae los regalos el día de Navidad. Más o menos, el Papá Noel vasco.
