I was wondering if it is possible to implement the ribbon system where winner of the Urban Contest gets to have a ribbon located below their avatar. Sort of like this.

It'll promote people to post their photos, more activity and have some kind of recognition.

ozscraper urban contest winners will have their own special ribbon different to global urban contest.

Haha....fun idea. So...people with 5 wins gets 5 ribbons? Hope not...maybe we could devise a scale or something. ;)

Well ribbons can be colour coded

Special one for 5 time winner eg. red ribbon
Special one for 10 time winner eg. blue ribbon.
