Tiger Real Estate offer two new towers in Sharjah

Tiger Real Estate is offering two new residential towers for sale today, currently under construction in Sharjah.

The first, Al Sondos Tower, is a 47-storey luxury apartment complex in Al Khan, offering a variety of dramatic views which include Al Khan lagoon, The Arabian Gulf, and Al Mamzar Park. When completed, it will be Sharjah's tallest tower, according to Ayman J. El-Deen, Deputy General Manager, Tiger Group.

With 7 floors devoted to residents' parking, the remaining 40 floors offer residential apartments and ladies and men's health clubs equipped with sauna, steam room, changing rooms, gymnasium, children's room and nursery, aerobic area, swimming pool, conference room and offices.

The apartments offered comprise of elegantly finished 2 or 3 bedroom units with ceramic tiling throughout, fully fitted kitchens, spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom in master bedrooms.

Other key features include high-speed digital technology internet, TV and voice communication connections; central air-conditioning; central gas connections; central dish antenna; 24 hour security and mosque.

Al Taawun Tower, close to Sharjah's Expo Centre, has 25 floors of residential accommodation plus a seven-storey car park and offers a total of 250 one or two bedroom flats.

Both properties are being developed by Tiger Real Estate, who have appointed Asteco as exclusive sales agents and managers for the properties.

The properties are being sold on a 99-year leasehold basis with an option to transfer to freehold, law permitting.

Tiger is one of the largest development construction companies in the UAE and was established in 1976 by H.H. Sheikh Rashid Al–Qasimi and Mr. Waleed M. Mohamed.

Mr. John Stevens, Asteco's Branch Manager in Sharjah, said 'We are very happy to be representing these two prestigious properties, which will make a major contribution to Shajrah's property portfolio.'

Asteco has been established over 20 years. It is one of the leading real estate firms in the Middle East and is in the forefront of the region's residential property market with a portfolio of over 5 million sq. ft.

The properties go on sale today with Al Sondos Towers due for completion in December 2007 and Al-Taawun Tower due for completion in December 2006.

Tiger handover of Sondos Tower begins

Jan 13, 2009

Tiger Properties begins handover procedures to investors for its Sondos tower in Sharjah.

According to the company, the handover of the Sondos tower during the current economic downturn confirms the company’s commitment to its clients.

Al Sondos is the fourth consecutive tower that Tiger will deliver to end-users, and one of 10 that Tiger has already delivered.

Mohammed Taha, CEO of Tiger Properties, said, “The handover of this tower on time reaffirms the correctness of our policy of relying on the company’s fixed assets rather than on loans or outside funding.”

Living at Al Sondos tower is the worst experience ever i can not wait tell my lease is over so I can leave....
since I moved, all what i got was lies and fake promises from the tower manager, maintenance is bad, parking is bad, health club is bad ladies side have only few machines some are not working, no swimming pool for ladies they tell you their are days for ladies but in fact it is not. When I moved they said that the Air Conditioning is on the tower not on the tenant since it is central AC then few months later I found the hard way that it is not, I am actually paying for it and it is not central it is Split units  because of that the electricity bill is huge last month it was a little bit over 2000 AED other tenant mentioned to me that they receive a 3000 AED electricity bill... when you try to complain all what you get is a rude impolite person on the other end that is not even listening to you... bottom line life there sucks :ohno: I don't recommend it to any one...
