There was much discussion in a previous thread about how clumsily the oval tower met the podium, however as this rendering demonstrates, the tower is integrated quite nicely since the oval shape continues to grade level.

I looks like glass boxes is becoming the 2000's version of the 1970's concrete bunker school of architecture.

It is Toronto so I bet it will be cheap to build! All it needs is a matching stair case like the Royal Bank has across the street.

I like it, the glass panels at the bottom are interesting, but why is there a flat wall behind them? Can't the building actually overhange above the sidewalk?

I also like the fact that the podium has some height, unlike some projects that have a 2-3 storey podium.

I think it's great...certainly more fitting for the intersection than what's there now.

Cool, I like the way the tower does end up as part of the base. It is blended together better than I thought it might be.
