Rokas January 14th, 2005, 03:27 PM the second one
vytauc January 14th, 2005, 03:30 PM Second one as well:)
Geex January 14th, 2005, 03:32 PM I like round forms, so i would chose second.
Siberian January 14th, 2005, 03:32 PM I prefer the first one. The second is looking too simple and boring.
Dr.Jackal January 14th, 2005, 03:35 PM Second
delfin_pl January 14th, 2005, 03:36 PM guess which one will be built
Vaidas January 14th, 2005, 03:40 PM I like the second one as well. The first one is way too chaotic.
Anyway, good news for Gdynia :okay:
delfin_pl January 14th, 2005, 03:54 PM so guys I must dissapoint you, the first project has been approved, two towers one 120m second 102m connected by skywalk
wolkenkrabber January 14th, 2005, 03:58 PM 2th one ofcourse
vytauc January 14th, 2005, 04:01 PM so guys I must dissapoint you, the first project has been approved, two towers one 120m second 102m connected by skywalk
Too bad for Gdynia...
delfin_pl January 14th, 2005, 04:10 PM i forgot to say that there is going to be a viewing tarace on the 30th floor
OlekD January 14th, 2005, 04:14 PM I am very glad - Gdynia will another Polish skyscapercity. Moreover These scrapers will stay directly next to Water -mniam :)
alepasztet January 14th, 2005, 04:24 PM Of course the first one is better, and damn good that they will build number one. Second is ugly, it looks like monument to me, and I hate round buildings. I know it isn't round at all, but this round-shape hand sucks.
DocentX January 14th, 2005, 04:31 PM Although the second one is much better, I hope they will construct any of them
delfin_pl January 14th, 2005, 04:35 PM Although the second one is much better, I hope they will construct any of them
the construcion is going to start in March so it will be built for sure
Edd January 14th, 2005, 04:42 PM I like the second one more too but the first one is also not bad. Good news for Gdynia. :okay:
Tomas January 14th, 2005, 05:00 PM Well, the first one looks like some chinese skyscraper. The second looks more european to me.
Nightsky January 14th, 2005, 06:10 PM Both are cool, especially the 2nd one. Very nice for such "comparely" small city.
Þróndeimr January 14th, 2005, 06:19 PM Beautiful proposals, and i would see the second one become approved, but the first is just as good.
Nightsky January 14th, 2005, 07:18 PM What are the towers supposed to be called and what will it be used for?
And HOW MANY floors?
I have added them to the SSP diagram with the name "new towers".
Misiek January 14th, 2005, 07:24 PM Beautiful proposals, and i would see the second one become approved, but the first is just as good.
First one has already been approved ;)
delfin_pl January 14th, 2005, 07:30 PM What are the towers supposed to be called and what will it be used for?

I have added them to the SSP diagram with the name "new towers".
30 floors (120m) second 26floors, apartments offices and restaurant on the top
Sideshow_Bob January 15th, 2005, 10:21 AM The first one looks nice on the picture but i am sure it wont look as nice when it is finished.
delfin_pl January 15th, 2005, 10:50 AM ^^^ it might look even nicer, its going to be our landmark
Nightsky January 15th, 2005, 12:15 PM I think it could be counted as one building as the connecting skyway is such a big part.
I think it is strange that there is no name decided for the building when construction will begin in just a few months. May be it is the same as the approved building with the strange name Hryniewieckiego?

delfin_pl January 15th, 2005, 02:05 PM ^^^yes construction is going to start in few weeks and investor is well known here - very reliable, i will post some pics form the construction site as well

Insane alex January 15th, 2005, 02:28 PM I would choose 2! Where is Gdynia?
artoor January 15th, 2005, 02:46 PM Both are cool, especially the 2nd one. Very nice for such "comparely" small city.
But unfortunately it can't compete with the Turning Torso
in another comparatively small Baltic city.
ch1le January 15th, 2005, 03:46 PM aaaa, you mean Baltic sea city :) Id wish to have it in a Baltic countrie :P
The 2 proposal is very good, the first one, i dont like, too radical and will leave a fat look when complete..

delfin_pl September 22nd, 2005, 09:03 AM Sea Towers (official name) are already U/C. The taller one is 138m and 36 floors. First floors include business and entertainment park with swiming pools under glass domes. The project has been changed and is to resemble 70's architecture. Total cost about 50 mln Euro's.

Gatis September 22nd, 2005, 01:26 PM I loke the first proposal better ;) Good news for Gdynia!
Geborgenheit September 22nd, 2005, 01:57 PM Bardzo mile :)
Pierwszy projekt był oczywiście lepiej. :applause:
Mekky II September 22nd, 2005, 04:25 PM Good choice, the first was the best, look like Montevideo tower in Rotterdam :)
Jarmo K September 22nd, 2005, 04:59 PM interesting. i'm not sure if i like it or not but it's interesting...
sander September 22nd, 2005, 06:11 PM I prefer the second one, because it doesn`t look so strange comparing with the first. But the second one isn`t bad-looking either.
Nightsky September 22nd, 2005, 06:14 PM It seems like they have changed the design. And it is called Sea Tower instead of Hryniewieckiego?
ch1le September 22nd, 2005, 06:33 PM its okay... but i think making something look like 70s architecture is the silliest and Worst idea ever done
kryszakk November 19th, 2005, 10:45 PM I would choose 2! Where is Gdynia?
Gdynia is a big city over Baltic Sea, in Northern Poland. Next to Sopot and Gdansk [Danzig]
remek_eu May 13th, 2006, 10:22 AM I hope that Gdynia (or 3City) will be polish New York :)
Luxis May 13th, 2006, 09:41 PM I hope that Gdynia (or 3City) will be polish New York :)
