its just a concept building. they exact location has not been selected and the developer has not been selected either.

I'd sure love to see this bad boy go up, a good site would be the SE corner of olive at 9th, (vacant lot if i'm not mistaken). back in the 80's there was a proposal for a 50 story on this site, to be called the Pacific Mutual Tower, but a mixed use tower, 44 storys on a high podium, works for me!!

very nice! but I hope the real thing will look nicer
