Those are kind of ugly, its good they were canceled....and recreations center in Tiberius? WTF?

This was a great one that never got past the drawing boards. Ela Tower designed by the flambouyant Kisho Kurokawa for Tel Aviv in the 90s...

MetroGan looks like a monumental building, something different.
More to that, I really liked the observatory on the top, they really wanted the tower to be multipurpose, with all of its functions
