This was a great one that never got past the drawing boards. Ela Tower designed by the flambouyant Kisho Kurokawa for Tel Aviv in the 90s...

it has nice parts tho..(i don't like the bottom right part nor what they put on top of it lol)

MetroGan looks like a monumental building, something different.
More to that, I really liked the observatory on the top, they really wanted the tower to be multipurpose, with all of its functions
