the twin residential towers are under construction and I believe they are already Penang's 2nd tallest buildings. the shopping mall haven't started construction yet.

Very beautiful city. I like how green it is. The skyline is very nice too. Its dense but spread out at the same time. 10/10

Penang is look as big as KL.some day i will have a backpack trip there. how about the living cost there.

^^ Penang is NOT as big as KL. It just has a more compact and built-up area and skyline....which gives u that impression I guess......

Isn't Penang a state rather than a city? Does that mean that those city pics are George Town?

^^ Yup Penang is a state and those are pics of Georgetown the capital. Penang consists of the island, where Georgetown is located and the mainland. To locals, we just refer to it as Penang, and the island comes to mind by default. The right way of addressing it should actually be Georgetown, Penang...

penang is better than cebu city

While there's no need to mention Cebu, I do believe George Town has a better skyline. 7/10
