It's not exactly new. Been advertized for almost a year now and is in sales.

Does it fill the rigorous criterea required to be built in Scarborough? Let's see:

Is it a slab? Yes.
Does it lack street-level retail? Yes.
Is it seperated from the street by a wide lawn/park? Yes.

It's perfect for Scarborough!!

This will be at McCowan + Ellesemere, north-east side. I've been trying to find renderings of this building since I first heard about it many months ago. It looks pretty awful.

While we're on the topic of bad looking condos, One Sherway (that new condo at Sherway Gardens) is a major let down too.

$10 says that 'Tuscany Gates' (what's with bad names?) condo is gonna sell extremely well.
