No. Huaihai Central Rd. and People's Square, around where the true downtown is culturally. You can tell by the towers in the background, including HK New World, Tomorrow Square, and Shimao Plaza.

Jue January 27th, 2005, 06:14 AM Department stores? On Huaihai road there is Lane Crawford; I am not sure what else. I don't pay much attention to what department stores there are. :)
Someone else should know more; most of my time is in the United States now for school, and Shanghai develops faster than I can keep up.
