Hello everybody!
This building is really interesting imo, as the renders available of it were very poor and i really really really wanted to know what it looks like, and the architects didnt send me any photos, even though i asked very formaly and politly, no matter, i made some myself, i did my firs 3d thing this Sunday, and finished this one in a day or so, ofcourse i could have made it better :). Let this thread also be construction update/info bank for the Soon (hopefully) UC Tartu mnt. 15 scraper!
Architects Vilen Künnapuu, Ain Padrik
Stats are:
35 floors
120m to roof
145m to Spire

I remember seeing a smaller version of this building in arcoh's Frederikshavn highrise thread, ch1le. :) Congratulations! Really well done! :applause:

I guess the architects can't sit on their drawings for their building at Tartu mnt. 15 for ever, one day we'll be able to compare whether we like your building better or theirs! :D

new skyscraper in Tallin? This one looks imnpressive. ALtjough from the renderings, hard to understand how it could look liek in reality. (such a black background for example this building will rarely have in Tallinn) And the collor - hard to understand which materials will eb used in differnet parts of this building and how the real collors of the buildoing could be.

@everyone, Thanks for commenting
true janis, very True, its just i have yet mastered the art of textures :D, i made this to give some idea how the details of this building will look like, so you could see it wont be all Glass, but rather elaborate, later, ill make a couple of pics and add it in the skyline somewhere!

Well done ch1le :okay:
Now could anybody post all the info about this project? Wasn't it approved a while ago? What about construction dates etc.

OK, sorry. But as you can understand, I was misled by the thread title. :dunno:

Maybe we should be more specific when naming threads in the future, out of consideration for those who may not be as familiar with things as the author himself. :angel1:

This is very impressive ch1le! And you didn't start until a few days ago with all this 3D drawing?!?

Please now create a walkable 3D version of the future Tallinn for us:D

thank you all! They will look even taller in real life since my render is ~5m short and ~3-4m too wide :D
