A beautiful collection of pictures, DLL_4ever! :okay:
...and some great aerials Morten M. :)
Notice that seen from the air, it's clearly how much bigger the new Opera is compared to the old Royal Theater at Kongens Nytorv!!!

Awesome pics indeed! Gotta experience Copenhagen (or Kööpenhamina [nickname: Köpis :D] as we call it here) on my own some day. I've read it's The Only Real Metropolis in Northern Europe. I wonder what are the official limits for being a metropolis...

Parken and Østerbro taken from the roof of Rigshospitalet (The main hospital). It's a very clear winterday and you can see all the way to Sweden. And notice all the new buildings on the ground were Tuborg Brewery used to be.

Ahhh, smoked herring from Bornholm! :) Yes, Szabo, that's a specialty from that place along with the round churches. I think there are 7 round churches in Denmark and four of them are located on the island of Bornholm.

Awesome pics. Copenhagen is a great city and the biggest in this region. Always nice to see pics of Tivoli especially when it's illuminated at night. Bornholm is a great place. I have never visited though. I've been to CPH many times though as I have family and friends there.

The "røde pølser" is very good in CPH ! :D

Hehe nice pictures DLL, however...

http://www.studio409.ca/skyskrapercitypix/dk2/8.JPG

I wouldn't call that a "typical farmhouse".
In fact, it looks very unique and chances are that you're not gonna find a whole lot of farmhouses looking like that, not in Denmark anyway. ;)

/\ tictac .. the pictures arent showing..

from the website that I got the picture from, the info listed said that it was a typical danish farm house... with the fields, the windmills, etc. Maybe not the house itself, since it is so new and modern looking .. but still :)

If anyone has any pictures of Denmark that they'd like to post, feel free to post them here :D

The new operahouse IS impressive, but ugly.

/\ okay :)

I like the new opera house, but im not TOO crazy about the exterior design ... i dont like the flat box roof it has ... if there were a few artistic curves and grooves in it, i think it would look a lot nicer ... but i guess its still okay :)
