I just went to Pattaya, and thought would updated this project but eventually I forgot the location...:D

There are so many "View Talay" projects and I'm getting more and more confusing when seeing them.

that one is on Thrappraya Rd. i think they already start raising, but not sure! all buildings look the same and moreover, they all look the same! even the sales girls are the same :(

I think they using "same" design for their projects for quick fast/full profit...lame shame vain them indeed. :bash:

But I think "View Talay" brand is already a "worthful" investment for foreign buyers who what an affordable highreturn in condominium investment in Pattaya already, their projects sold so well no matter how ugly they are :)

View Talay 5 project right on the Beach near to the Jomtien Complex of shops and restaurants. this is a very high floor out of a new fire sprinklered 22 story building. This is under construction (completion April 06?) and you can buy now with a down payment of about 40% and make monthly payments with balance on completion. Beautiful pool and clubhouse and all the ammentities. There is a 5 star Thai style resort in front and this will be about 100 meters back from the beach and the baht bus on Thappaya road in the rear. A great investment as this is the first new building built at the heart of Jomtien beach in many years. A great opportunity as all the units in the front half of this project are spoken for (this is re-sale of contract).

Viewtalay sites swamp Pattaya

Successful builder launches several beach properties

Viewtalay Jomtien Condominium Beach Project 3 is one of five sites its developer is building at the second nearest seaside town to Bangkok after Bang Saen.

But because of traffic chaos, thanks to big fleets of container trucks, buses and poor road conditions, travelling to Pattaya today can easily take three hours or more, making it a more gruelling journey than a trip to Hua Hin.

Still, the “hot money” from speculators is still pouring into Pattaya. The last two years have proved a windfall to real-estate punters here. The beach front of some areas is already beyond recognition.

If you have not been to Pattaya in the last six months, be warned it is a distinctly different place now. Many buildings have been completely wiped out to make way for spectacular but not necessarily aesthetically beautiful projects.

The bad news is the environment was never more at risk.

The good news is that people who want to buy condominiums at low prices can do so and need not be too worried about a shortage of supply.

Viewtalay Jomtien Condominium Beach Project 3 – the developer’s sites all carry the same name with the exception of a change in number – is one contributor of new units.

A fifth site, called Project 5 of course, is already launched. Its plot is twice the size of Project 3’s. It will have 1,800 units, three times more than Project 3’s 600.

The prices in Project 5 start slightly lower. These products are as close to assembly-line homes as they come.

The main structure of the first tower in Project 3 is already close to completion. Finishing it should take several more months, although its sales office expects a quicker pace.

Nonetheless transfer of the units is scheduled for next year.

Located off Pattaya Park about 200 metres before the entrance to Jomtien Beach, the building has some beach frontage and is flanked by two other condominium sites.

Parking will be offered at the lots on the ground floor. The maintenance fee is Bt6,000 a year, irrespective of size of unit, so it does pay to get a bigger one.

The structure is an oblong box shape, not very different to those employed in scores of earlier structures lining Jomtien Beach. A swimming pool is being constructed on the beach front.

The starting price of about Bt1.41 million for a studio unit includes no extras, just the basic room and bathroom. The price for the same unit on the highest floor is Bt1.85 million.

The site will contain two towers, with Tower A closer to the beach. Tower B is will be built later.

Project 5 is also being launched. Its location is closer to the sales office near the entrance to the Jomtien strip.

Haha, I do. They(those armies) just come before those which have more style and better quality. people have a limited choice to buy condo in Pattaya but now, As the Sails and other cool projects have launched, people have more choices to choose. :)
