Those estate is really resemble to Hong Kong or Singapore where they were established caused to limitation to land

นางสาวศุภลักษณ์กล่าวว่า ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนจะดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวได้จากทุกมุมโลก และดึงดูดเงินตราเข้าประเทศไทยได้เป็นแสนล้านบาทต่อปีแน่นอน เพราะรวมพื้นที่ขายทั้ง 3 ศูนย์ อาทิ ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน ศูนย์การค้าสยามดิสคัฟเวอรี่ และศูนย์การค้า สยามเซ็นเตอร์ มีมากถึง 700,000 ตารางเมตร รองรับความต้องการของลูกค้าได้ทุกกลุ่ม ตั้งแต่ C+ ถึง A+ โดยคาดว่าจะมีลูกค้าหมุนเวียนเข้ามาใช้บริการถึงวันละกว่า 100,000 คน เป็นคนไทย 70% นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ 30% มีการใช้จ่ายต่อคนต่อครั้งเฉลี่ยไม่ต่ำกว่า 1,000 บาท ในส่วนของห้างสรรพสินค้า และ 3,000-4,000 บาท ในส่วนของศูนย์การค้าและร้านค้าเช่า และปีแรกในส่วนของห้างสรรพสินค้า จะทำรายได้ให้แก่บริษัทไม่ต่ำกว่าเดือนละ 2,000 ล้านบาท และการลงทุนดังกล่าวจะถึงจุดคุ้มทุนภายใน 3 ปี
