Thank hya!
It looks FUNKAY!
redstone January 29th, 2005, 06:30 PM Eh, the colours don't fit into the area...
RafflesCity January 29th, 2005, 06:31 PM Lincoln Modern is also colourful what
redstone January 29th, 2005, 06:33 PM It does not carry the 'futuristic' look of the area...
RafflesCity January 29th, 2005, 06:35 PM thats why its condemned to the height it is  j/k
redstone January 29th, 2005, 06:37 PM Well, the height is perfect for such a building in that area...:yes:
But Sentinel could have been as tall or even taller than Moulmein...
Suites would be a great addition there!:okay:

Sorry, pretty old pic already ;-)
RafflesCity May 8th, 2005, 03:44 PM where u take that from?
Cliff May 9th, 2005, 04:08 PM too small!
the design lies on the thin boundary between tacky lego hdb flats and chick modern condo. Where it falls will depend on the finished building.
RafflesCity May 11th, 2005, 12:34 AM if its too big..it might look tacky with those colours in the renderings...
Pengui May 11th, 2005, 03:58 AM where u take that from?

there is going to be a 14-storey condo directly opposite this one, so the views from this will be quite restricted eventually. You can see its site in the foreground.
RafflesCity February 7th, 2006, 03:57 PM Showflat is open for viewing.

Unfortunately it will be blocked off on all sides by other developments. One is already rising right in front of it across the road.

Excelsvr September 9th, 2007, 12:31 PM Looks good! Unfortunately, Botannia copied its unique bay window and called theirs a first... ... Hey! If someone copies you, it means that your ideas are good!
cheers

RafflesCity September 13th, 2007, 02:10 PM btw a new development has sprouted up just in front of it called Suffolk Premier. Both are really close to the CTE flyover.
Excelsvr September 13th, 2007, 02:39 PM That's not good:ohno:
