Well, the height is perfect for such a building in that area... :lol::yes:
But Sentinel could have been as tall or even taller than Moulmein...

too small!

the design lies on the thin boundary between tacky lego hdb flats and chick modern condo. Where it falls will depend on the finished building.

if its too big..it might look tacky with those colours in the renderings...

From Lincoln Modern showflat (now at lvl6, I think).
Thanks for the advice of visiting it, those flats really have a lot of personnality, twas a good visit ^^

there is going to be a 14-storey condo directly opposite this one, so the views from this will be quite restricted eventually. You can see its site in the foreground.

Unfortunately it will be blocked off on all sides by other developments. One is already rising right in front of it across the road.

btw a new development has sprouted up just in front of it called Suffolk Premier. Both are really close to the CTE flyover.
