For anyone interested in the Downtown LA Loft boom, check out the LA Magazine this month. it has a 50 page spread with a page dedicated to each building that will open this year. there are plenty of Units coming online this year, much more than i thought and it truely gets you excited about the future of Downtown LA. my favorites are the Grand Avenue Lofts and Elleven. It also has a map showing where all these buildings are located in DT LA and city landmarks around them. Very Informative.

Thanks for the heads up, I will check it out. But on that note, I want to voice my dislike of the mag. I think that it portroys la poorly and is one of the reasons why alot of people look down apon this city. Beside playing more to hollywood stars then real issues, it is clearly for the insane rich (I saw one article that had the top ten weekend getaways, and not one of them was in the state!). I think that los angeles would like a respectible but realistic voice, and the fact that nothing in that magazine is really being geared towards the average angeleno, but its sold everywhere is silly. They should rename it Bev. Hills. LA has to seperate itself from from the image of shollow people with lots of money and no culture. We all know thats not the only person living here.

I read it today and I was stunned. 1100 Wilshire and the Grand Lofts are jaw dropping. Seriously..i wan't to live at 1100 Wilshire.
