Both buildings are selling remarkably well. In fact both are over 60% sold (so I've heard).

Any news when either project will commence construction??

I've heard late spring for both.

Although don't be surprised if for each dual tower project that both towers for each project commence at the same time - possibly delaying ground breaking until fall (sales centres would have to be moved)

Construction should start late this year and end in 2007

I was at the Murano sales centre this past weekend. They said spring start for the north tower which is 80% sold at this point. Sales for the second would start within the next month or so. -Ed007
