I don't give out a 10 very often but this tower so very much deserves it! (So says the great, imperial Enzo, peace be upon him! LOL)

Everything about it is just so right. It needs no further critique IMO.

I just can't imagine how stunning this piece of glass art looks in person. It's quite simply 'awesome'. Look at the great sweeping geometry and openness it presents.

I gave this bad boy a 10!
Words dont descibe its beauty and pictures dont serve justice to this building! When the sun hits its just right around sunset the Espirito Santo Tower is magnificent (and us SoFla forumers know how nice the sunsets cuz the land is soooo flat!)
To me it looks like the building could be found in an Asian city, maybe other developers will take notice of its sheer beauty and come up with other worthy towers to put downtown. Miami truly is on the rise!

Very original and unique. It's about time the US started to get a bit more daring with it's architecture! :)

This building looks pretty sweet! Reminds me of Torre Mayor... and let me tell you, I love Torre Mayor! A perfect score! 10/10!!

I liked it better in the renderings. It is a bit more bland and textureless in reality than the renderings depicted. It had a certain reflective.metallic quality that just isn't there now.

Jason have you personally seen this building?...if not I would hope you would reserve judgement until then...the color of the building changes throughout the day depending on the weather...it looks green during bright sunlight to a blueish metallic color under partly cloudy/rainy skies....I hope you can make it down here to Miami soon and judge for yourself....it truly is a magnificent building.

I agree with you on that one Bobdreamz, although Espirito Santo looks good on pictures, these do not make justice to the awe one gets from seeing this building in person...

come to think about it, pictures really don't do much justice to any skyscraper in Miami, i don't know why

Yeah, I went there. It is amazing how many skyscrapers Miami is building. I also was suprised how Miami had two skylines, one by Wachovia and the other by Four Seasons. So I'll change my vote and give it an eight. It would look a lot better if it had dark blue glass instead of color it has.

The most overrated building IMO; I don't see nothing great about; The concave part looks like female antatomy. I'll pick all of Jax's three tallest over this one. Don't get me wrong, MIA has a beautiful skyline, but IMO this building doesn't contribute to it. 3.5
