I heard about this while I was in Khobar this winter break. I think it will be coming up right next to the DHL office building. I'm not sure, but I think the owner is Shiekh Suwiekit bin Mubarak. The lot where the building is coming up is down the street from where the Rashid Tower, and all the bank building in Khobar are. The enitre street is being developed.

KhOBAR sure is gettign a lot of tall buiuldings. I'll be in khobar in novermber most probably. hopefully i'll be able to take a lot of pics. and make a new thread on khobar.

Oh, this tower is under construction right now. Accross from it there's another new Rashid tower and I think it will be higher than the first one. There are also few more towers coming up in Sahli road.
