Better than its neighbour (HQ2). I like how the two different facades are joined together. Also, I like how it looms through the glass roofing of the tube station as you're coming up the escalators - it's the first building you see when you emerge from below ground level.
It's still rather boxy and bland though.

The tower is not too shabby in height and isnt a bad addition amoungst its neighbouring towers.
