I finally found a broken window on the 7th floor of the City Federal Tower in Birmingham. after climbing to the top (25th) floor and out onto the terrace, here are the somewat blurry photos I got. This building is possibly one of the most detailed in the South.

It's abandoned only because the owner refuses to do anything with it. He's now being sued by the city and will probably lose the building for his foolishness...
