Overall this building changes a lot and therefore is very eyecatching, but keeps the same style and harmony throughout, therefore very solid. But it is not extremely unique, appealing, and impressive compared to the most popular buildings, therefore I give it a 9.0 out of 10.

about time they got this one up...

i like how this building did not try to gain height through a cheap spire like a substancial number of chinese skyscrapers. like jin mao, its spire blends into the building perfectly and gives it a good pinnacle.

i also like its retro facade as well the big windows on the top that really goes well with the building. it could use a brighter facade color though.

7/10 - It has good height, it isn't a square box, it has a nice shiney-shiney glass facade, and the curved base gives a nice touch of contrast and meets the street well (I also like the two colors there). I really like the "racing stripe" shooting up the narrow side of the tower, and will at least give them an "E" for effort for *trying* to do something with the roof.

But - the spires are far too small and wimpy for the building, the horizontal emphasis on the spandrels might hurt the height, and could someone please, PUHLEEASE, pretty-please bring back some honest-to-goodness setbacks between base and summit?

Kinda reminds me of SEG Plaza in Shenzhen, a building

I like the overall design, but a few details bother me. Especially the way the top and bottom seem to go together awkwardly, and that unnecessary fin thing overhanging the street.

On the whole though, not bad. 8.5

A classy one.
The cladding is nice and the shape prevents it from looking boxy. Excellent height and proportions, and the spire is nicely done I think. Nothing striking, still.
