these are 50 story apartments, a part of a redevelopent in apgujeong (one of the richest part in soeul)

i noticed these in the middle look very very similar to Q1....agree?

this is the old renderings, they say they will redevelope the whole of yeoidos waterfront. And newer renders should be comming soon :)

OMG, look at that setup, and all the building r like the same family, and yea, they're totaly Q1 ! , lol this shud make gold coast ppl feel less special, as they're so proud of they're 1, while here r like 5 of them ;)

The whole development looks sterile, unimaginative, and soulless. It needs a thorough redesign to give each of the towers some individuality!

That's Asia for you. Its same in Singapore. They use one building or a house as a template and clone them everywhere.

These rendering were shown last year.

yeah, to reduce cost, but apartments like these are upper class and can cost quiet a bit ;) :)

It maybe looks similar from the outside...but what about the inside? I bet all units are bloody shoebox!

I like the set up of how all the high rises are evenly spaced and attractive. They do remind me of Q1 though. But that is a good thing. Someone out there has seen was brilliant architecture the aussie's can come up wif so they have copyied it to a sertain extent :D

It still would of been nice of them to not copy the spire and fin though :P
