There are so many skyscrapers under construciton in Tukey I forget them aftér a while!For example I forgot this one totaly!

Eskisehir yolu is becoming the "levent" of Ankara.I'm sure within 10 years we'll have a new cluster there!

After the metro construction completed,it will develop more. Many people are moving towards Bilkent,Umitkoy,Beysukent and other locations out of city center.

Ankara's fist ciyt center was Ulus,nowayds it's kizilay which is not well planned and old and in the future it'll Cayyolu/Eskisehir yolu!I visit Ankara once in a year and everytime I noctice the development in this part of the city.New housing constructions,metro,new malls,skyscrapers etc.... developing very fast!

Well last time I saw Ata-Plaza, they were preapering to clad the lower part, I guess they will first complete the lower and then continue to tower. I saw the example cladding, well it was an Istan-Blue, I really think it will look fantastic near the green of DYP center.

I don't know its height but it will be higher. Around 80-100m I guess, but might be higher I don't know the exact number. They would never waste such a business area with a low tower, whatever financial problems they have.

Also I don't think they have serious financial problems, coz it is really reasonable to finish the lower part first which will be a shopping center most probably.

Ata Plaza has almost reached DYP Center.

I took the photo today. I had to climb over steel bars of the roof of another structure which is under construction. Unfortunately, light was coming from the wrong side and my camera optical zoom is resting in peace, so I had to use digital zoom which reduced the quality.

It was a low-rise company center construction.

I have seen the projects of Ata Plaza. :D

It will be 16 floors. (white top has 2 floors)

Height (roof) = 75.30 m. (The white top included)

Height (spire) = 80.85 m

They are starting the white top, which will add 2 more floors to the building. Btw, in the numbers I have given, antenna is not included.

Guys cladding of the tower is going on, will be completed soon, btw they have changed the cladding a bit.

The project I had seen before was (2 tech + 12 normal + 2 base), making up 80 with spire, 85-90 with antenna. And seems like, final status is 15 floors (2 tech + 11 normal + 2 base), still tower manages to be 80-85 m with antenna. Not bad, considering we had never imagined Balgat with higher scrapers, Balgat can hold a nice scraper-let skyline (scrapers around 60-110m) in future.

Still I am not sure if it was better with white top, instead of blue. Bu arada camlar maalesef ucuz mavi..
