Since we don't want any building to be "down-voted" because it's not fully completed, I will close this thread until new pics of the fully completed tower can be found. Pieces of facade and windows are still missing. I was too fast with this poll, but I won't delete it since it's quite a big job to make new thread, renumber other buildings and update the list (300 buildings!). I hope all you voters out there understand, but you are all welcome back when the thread is open again! :)

This building reminds me of a snowy peak, which is pretty fitting considering Moscow's winter climate. Although it's bulky, it's actually imposing in a good way. But I think the brown and white colors of the facade just doesn't get along with each other well.

OK, I voted 10/10, but on a second thought I'd give it 9.5 or 9/10... better is always possible. For example, the spire is a bit plain to my taste.

Anyway, this building is a great one, and a very good for Moscow in particular.

I wish there were another sister-like scraper built on the Moscow river bank on Krymskaja embarkment on the site where now the modern branch of the State Tretjakov Gallery is located (near Krymskij Bridge).

3/10, not a skyscraper

First of all, if you don't consider it a skycraper, DON'T rate it.

By rating it 3/10, you're in effect saying that it IS a skycraper but an ugly one.

Secondly, it IS a skyscraper and it's not ugly. It deserves a rating better than 3/10.

Finally, Melbourne is NOT the most livable city in the world.

it is an imitation of old good Moscow skyscrapers form the fifties
and those colored glass details look really bad
it gives an impression of being made of plastic
i hope they will remove those colors fom the windows and balconies one day
it would look really great if it was only white
the structure is really amaizing but they ruined everything with those multicolored details
i see it white with just simple transparent glass and one dark color of windows frames

True, this building looks like one of the Stalin sisters. But here in Moscow there are many different buildings :) not only old, but the modern ones too. The most modern supertalls are buing constructed in Moscow now. Moscow always looks young, that's why you are right saying '',,, the same all the time, all the years and ages'' - it means that it is always young :)
If you don't believe - look at this. Judge Russia looking at this new skyscrapers not aT old buildings

I don´t know why but I don´t like this building at all .... it´s too big, and seriously Moscow has already enough buildings like this one which were build over 30 years ago.... 4/10

Excellent and imposing, looks like Moscow State University building and a few other old goverment buildings. It's nice to see styles still being used and developed that are unique to the location, rather than opting for a generic style that you could find anywhere. It maintains the unique character of a city. 9/10.

It's impressive because it's really big ;) But I don't like its architecture - IMO it's just a copy of old, stalinist skyscrapers... 6,5/10

And this architecture is very good!!!! 8.5/10.
