Karum Shopping Mall- Ankara

The construction site of our business centre is 62.000 m². 12.000 m² of this area is a parking area, 23.000 m² of it is the lobby and 27.000 m² of it is rentable shopping and office spaces. The building has nine floors; three of them (ground, first and second floor) function as the shopping floors, 4 of them function as office floors and the other 2 floors function as the car park and the place where installation facilities are performed. The building has four main entrances and fire scape stairs throughout the building. The eliptical atrium placed in the centre is the most significant feature of our architecture.

It is the second modern shopping mall in Ankara. Actually it can not be compared with the current shopping center's size, service and quality. But it is still one of the nice places in city, being very close to Tunali Hilmi and Arjantin Streets. And the interior architecture another thing I love in this building..
