32 storey office tower in Mecca. Located on Aziziah road (main commercial street in Mecca).

3 storey main lobby will contain some shop units, the rest modular office space. Cicular restaurant on the top floor. Helipad on the roof.

Ground breaking has already started. Due to be completed in early 2007.

It looks interesting can't judge it properly from the rendering but i like the gardens included.

Yeah, I've seen worse. And this is a 'regular' project as opposed a prestige project.

I like it but it does not look like a Mecca style building. I'm not in favor of glassy building in Mecca. I mean when looking at all the high rise building in Mecca (Abraj AlBait, Mecca Complex) they have this Hijaz distingushed style. Even Jabal Omar towers have that style to some extend. This tower is totally different, still good though.

You've got a point, but there is room for modern style buildings too. And it doesn't overlook the haram.
