Look at this website(in Swedish):
http://www.all2know.com/sv/wikipedia/u/ud/uddevalla.html
It tells that Uddevalla mixtures small and large. It has comparatively many skyscrapers, but most buildings are 4-8 floors high. The only highrise in Uddevalla I know is the hospital. I just wonder what the author of this article meant...

When I was young I had a Swedish penpal from Udevalla (Frieda was her name). Maybe someone can post photos from this city.

There are 3 known highrises in Uddevalla, Uddevalla Hospital (16 floors) (http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=203693), Sunnanvindsvägen 10 (http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=222891) and Bävedalsvägen 6 (http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=222892) (both 12 floors). Dunno where all the "other" skyscrapers are, but it's possible that there are more, still unknown highrises there...
