Project will be unveiled tomorrow in the Jeddah Real Estate Exhibition.
Project details:

Developer: Tamlik holdings
Location: Central Jeddah overlooking Arba3een lake.
Budget: 150 million Riyals
Estimated develpoment time: 3 years

2 Towers, one purely office space, the other mixed hotel/residential. Both 40 storeys. Also in the project a 3 storey mall (I assume it will be in between the two towers.)

NCB is getting some tall neighbours :cool:

Nice, can't wait to see renders. Jeddah is really pressing ahead with some great projects. This will only get better.

Bo7ayrat al Arba3een or (The 40th lake will be a great location I wonder in
which part of the lake they are going to build it)?

Sorry, no renders (this is Saudi :( ).

Most likely it would be located in the northern end of the lake, near the fish market. That's my 2 cents

No HiJazzey Wallah! its a wicked VERY! beautiful! the windows coming out look like the old hejazi style of the windows popping out of the houses, the lower buildings look like wavy waters *supposedly the red sea) and the white/blue lines make it magnificient! :D GREAT! render thanx HiJazzey!

يعني نخلص من عماير الفارسي و ذوقه على الكورنيش يقوم يطلعلنا واحد بنفس ذوقه في وسط البلد

Sara7a el mabna 7eloo 3ajebni unique gives a change! :P and it has some 7ejazi features like the windows that pop out its quite nice! :D

The features alone are cool but they are put together in a rather distasteful way, they're just "trying too hard".
