Location: Central Jeddah overlooking Arba3een lake.
Budget: 150 million Riyals
Estimated develpoment time: 3 years

2 Towers, one purely office space, the other mixed hotel/residential. Both 40 storeys. Also in the project a 3 storey mall (I assume it will be in between the two towers.)

No HiJazzey Wallah! its a wicked VERY! beautiful! the windows coming out look like the old hejazi style of the windows popping out of the houses, the lower buildings look like wavy waters *supposedly the red sea) and the white/blue lines make it magnificient! :D GREAT! render thanx HiJazzey!

I respect others opinions, truely. And, it's VERY unique! However, I must say, the FIRST thing I thought of were Legos.

The features alone are cool but they are put together in a rather distasteful way, they're just "trying too hard".
