Al Huda Plaza
I like the location of this project and the facility such as putting in mind
handicaps and balconies. Looks very luxuries.
Looks very Scandinavian to me.

housing districts in Jeddah City. The Plaza is situated 400-meters from the
waterfront, where most of the entertainment centers as well as top-class

The most elegant architectural designs that provide the highest privacy and
independence levels between male and female sections are in the
entertainment services floor. From the stand point in which we seek to
provide perfection, we have provided a complete floor of 3500m2 as the plaza
entertainment floor for all age categories. We have also provided specific
area for parties, occasions, etc., in addition to central air conditioning of the
entire floor.
The architectural designs of the ground floor considered the special need
individuals (handicapped). Furthermore,
part of the ground floor was dedicated to commercial shops that serve the
inhabitants. These include: central grocery, barbershop, laundry and coffee
shop.

Residential Floors
The design of the residential floors represents engineering creativity of
architectural distribution in a manner that suits privacy and the Saudi family’s
nature. Each residential floor includes eight flats fitted with central air
conditioners (split duct).
Due to the distinguished location of the plaza, and due to the fact that it is
surrounded with streets from all sides, all flats have been designed to have a
panoramic view of the surrounding area and have direct view to the sea.

This floor has a different architectural view to Al-Hamrah district. The
Villas Floor has been designed to provide the optimal comfort and elegancy
levels inside and around the villas.
The roof floor includes four elegant villas with central air conditioners.
Furthermore, all the villa entrances are fitted with dome lights.
Each villa has a wide open terrace with full view of the sea. All facades of
the villas are double glazed. The villas include four-bed rooms. Each villa is

as a huge hall with a capacity to accommodate up to 120-persons. This hall
has been designed for occasions such as marriages, parties, etc. The
Banquet hall has three entrances and all support services including
bathrooms, showers and warehouses.
