Menni House (http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=195918)
14 floors

This project is really cool because it was built above and around a reconstructed historical house, the historical low-rise serves as a museum for Bank Leumi . I love it when old and new are combined this way.

The building is located on Yehuda Halevi St. at the corner of Hertzel St.

There is another modern building on Rothschild that was built above a historical low-rise , that's Elrov Tower (http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=104851) and the old Russian embassy.

poor old buildings. :(

There are much better places for highrises.... too late now, though, I guess.
