This project is currently just starting...doing the basement I believe. Location: SCBD, just next to the SCBD Suites, which is currently topping off.
The project rendering available on site looks slightly different than the one published on the papers a year ago...seems as if its been made taller?!?!! I hope so!

GreyX, The original design consists of 3 towers, around 34 stories I believe, the tallest 2 towers being 143 metres. the rendering looks slightly different though, from the original design.

see the red-sweet-CAPITAL_RESIDENCE-wall ? They've just built it a month a go after Pacific Place developed a huge wall surrounding the project. Btw, it IS a massive site, for the last 2-3 days they fully occupied one side of the road for loading their equipment + labour. Some of their equipment also located on the tunnel-road that was built under SCBD area.

I love buildings that have a cultural influence in architecture, such as Petronas Towers and Burj al Arab. And this one is influenced by Prambanan temple. So, i also love this project. It have the "Prambanan spirit" inside that glassy and modern design. IMHO.

The exterior is quite nice, very good choice of colour, dark and sacred - good resemblance of the Prambanan Temple, imagine if they decided to use green or blue for its glass facade, you wouldnt feel 'the Prambanan' at all.

eh, dari pinggir jln Sudirman (pertigaan) sebelum masuk ke SCBD setelah komdak...
ada terowongan yang bisa langsung masuk ke Basement 2nd Pacific Place...
