I think it's calle either Wisma or Menara Staco, a mid-rise Office Bldg, designed by Jkt-based Hadiprana Architectural Firm, and it has an interesting glass facade that kinda floats on the outer surface of the bldg.

I agree. Actually that forgotten little block has two interesting architectural gems: A very fancy Mercedes showroom and Graha Paramita building. Most people don't even notice them, because they're set too far back from Jl Dr Satrio, behind Malaysian Embassy.

Yes, its the NISP Tower. Its not a very tall building, about 15 storeys or so...I posted a rendering a wihle ago in the Proposed/under construction thread.

but i know for sure that its without the www. because last time when i used the Www. it also gave me the australian security thing (its a blank page right), but when didnt put the www. it went to the picture thing.

leaning to the right a bit so it seems...but is it possible that the left side of the building isnt a straight line...theres kind of a curve in it...the middle part and the bottom part of the building are a littllee bit wider than the top part..

On the contrary, the building's facade is undeservingly plain (if not ugly), but the top seems to lift the appearance up a little bit by having irregular patterns of protruding box-like features, making it feels edgier and modernly slick. This building is not supposed to be seen from the street level, but rather from the eyes of the people working on higher levels of the neighboring buildings and also from very afar.

This is just my two-cents for a building I highly think of as lacking in style and having a tight-budget... :sleepy:

haha.. yeah we're not really sure about that. it could be that the picture someone posted before was just taken at the wrong angle.. by our calculation the building is straight. But if it were to be true... i guess the first jakarta pizza tower doesn't seem to be a bad idea hehe :P

thanks for the positive feedback everyone :) we haven't set a standard price for roomnights yet as this future hotel is still under construction. But we're trying to get it done as soon as possible, possibly by the end of the due date. Hopefully we will finish the project by the end of February or March. I'm glad to hear that most people seem to like the look of our interior :) please if anyone feel the need to make some comments or advices, do so. It would be great to hear from all of you.

It doesnt light up at night, but i saw people drinking and dining on that Jagged Box, Jakarta's socialite for sure.
