Sorry Speakerbox, I give it a 7 because ive seen it up close and personal and its nice although the interiors due to it being a modern pub have hidden away the inside facade.

no, i was asking a question which you failed to answer. what is so special about this building? does it have history, did something happen there?

if theres not some good history behind the building such as a famous writer or musician lived or drank here or another reason then these buildings are 10 a penny across england.

however nice building 6.5, but the fish shops tacky signage spoils the area

Its just a random piece of architecture in a dump area of Birmingham. the votes are understandable.
