Well ... how about some close-up shots, distance shots, interesting angles, night time shots with lighting, interior shots, etc. etc. ... plus some information and history about the building?

whats so special about this building?

Can people please grow up, I know your from Manchester and the only thing you've done recently is skipped school and spanked doggies but just be a little bit more respective and open.

Sorry Speakerbox, I give it a 7 because ive seen it up close and personal and its nice although the interiors due to it being a modern pub have hidden away the inside facade.

Good question. :)

What is so special about this building that it warrants an inclusion in Rate Our Architecture?

Don't get me wrong - it looks nice, but please provide us with some facts/info/history and more pics, so we can give a better judgement.

if theres not some good history behind the building such as a famous writer or musician lived or drank here or another reason then these buildings are 10 a penny across england.

however nice building 6.5, but the fish shops tacky signage spoils the area

There's nothing particularly bad about this building but there are also hundreds of better examples of its type.

Its just a random piece of architecture in a dump area of Birmingham. the votes are understandable.

Ill post some of Brums architectural gems later, stop Speakerbox getting more in ;)
