You're not too far off. We looked at a 2 bedroom+office unit here almost 2 years ago. Floor was in the 20's, with North view (i.e. not the prime South view). Just under $800k.

Yep, pretty sure. The fixtures haven't been installed yet, but you can see the holes with conduit all over the white cladding. Spaced every couple of floors.

to line up with the white bands? that would look fantastic, with perhaps a heightened crown detail. it will look quite nice from millennium park, for sure.

Yeah, I hope they add those four awning type pieces to the last floor. Also, does anyone know if they will be continuing the glass above the white facade to make for that false glass roof?

Nice, except I still don't see any of the exterior light fixtures installed. Would be nice to see this puppy lit up soon.

Bvic, thanks for the Emporis update and posting the render/finished product. After seeing the comparison between the two, I'm really glad the glass is the color that it is. Not that the render is bad, it just has too much of an ordinary blue. As for the real building, I love the tealish color. It seems unique and adds some flair to it and perhaps even some tropical flavor. Even though this tower has already gotten lost in the shuffle amidst our flury of construction, it's still a great building and we are lucky to have it.

Wow, they really punked out on the parapet! It's a good 10' shy of what we were promised. I, too, miss the addition of the awning, for lack of a better word, that was supposed to be near the top of the tower.
