HUUUGE building compared to its surroundings, but so boring.
The facade is an endless pattern of squares.

I had given it an 8/10. I think it deserves it, by its height, and could look really good with other skyscrapers around. Although it is pretty boxy and not really great, it was Turkey's highest tower when completed. Btw, some pics are old, showing dirty and ugly facade.
