Lakeholmz will TOP sometime in June 2005 according to Centrepoint.

However the siteplan posted by Pengui is different from the actual site.
Did centrepoint change the design?

but on the site plan at least 2 roundish pools?

My guess is that the rendering is the one actually correct.
The tennis court is not at the position shown on the site plan, so I believe this one is outdated. Unfortunately I have no time to go to Lakeside to update on this one those days ^^

Well, considering their remote location, I guess those condos are more aimed to the cheapest possible sell price rather than high-end quality. I suppose the target is foreign workers having a job around Tuas, or possibly NTU teachers.

This one is now completed and occupied.
