My Proposal:

I think we should make new polls every year cause skylines don't stay the same for years and years. In other words, we should delete every single poll every year, with the city with the highest average being named the best skyline for that year. i.e. Hong Kong, 2004. Just like UPC. What do you think? :cheers:

^it's true that some skylines get big changes, and then old voters might have changed their opinion.
but it seems pretty massive IMO, there are hundreds of skylines!

^^ Well its only one per year... Another reason is because rate skylline section is pretty quiet.
