Jan came up with an idea to have a local rotating Urban Photo Contest forum. Meaning that every week, with the addition to the one in the world forums, there will be a local one at the regionals. For example, this week it might be in the Australian forums, next week the Latin forums and it's up to the regional if they want it to travel to their forum for a week.

So do we want the Urban Photo Contest in the US forums for a week?

No, I don't want this in NASF at all. I don't see the point of a "contest", when there is nothing to win anyways... Besdies, we have even trouble keeping up with things as it is.

Thats a horable Idea whats the point.

Keep the UPC contest website wide only every week. If we add a contest could it be one where there is no computer enhancing of photos? Or could we at least have a poll question that asks how many people would want that type of extra contest, like every other week or even monthly?

Sorry, I'm totally contested and competed out. For that matter, I dislike all these comparison possibilities that are constantly thrust upon us from all sides intensely. Therefore my answer to this kind invitation is an appreciative but emphatic NO. :)

P.S. I have not yet seen this suggestions in any of the other forums I visit.
