Two new 30 storey towers in Klaipeda

This kind of news deserve a special announcement :)
It starts to become boring to hear all those announcements, we need more constructions! :D

Currently the project is being coordinated in Klaipeda city development council. According to the developers there are no any essential problems and the project should be approved shortly. Construction is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2005.

Towers will be located close to the old town in central part of Klaipeda. According to the developers the height and architecture might change but not significantly. So yet some more good news for Klaipeda! :cheers1:

Great news from our boomtown. :) Can anyone make a map with all projects marked for Klaipeda? Because it's hard to understand how the skyline will look like after all projects will be finished.
