It seems that this project is not going to go ahead and the developer is try to avoid any refunds. they offered me , 1-bed in Marina Pennicle in Marina, for 1.1m AED, while the similar apartments can bought from the re-sale market for 750,000 AED. so it seems they are adding 400,000 AED on the top. They also offered me a studio in Desert Sun, a cheap building. The Al Attar not building any projects and not refund monies either. They one of many con developers cheating people with their hard working money. |
