the skyline is everything but spectacular but because this is the first time I see pix of modern day hiroshima and because I really like japanese cities (and because of pic 3) I give it a 7.5/10

You should post some of the pictures from the other thread you created, these don't do the city much justice. Based on the other pictures I saw, I give the city's skyline an 8.0/10

What a beautiful setting! There's more to Hiroshima
than I imagined. Very densely built. Those were
phenomenal pictures! I give it a 6.5 due to its
relative lack of height, but great density.

I was just in Hiroshima last month and I was impressed. Very modern and clean and very much so on a human scale similar to that of European and northern American cities. I was also impressed by Kure, Japan (about an hour south of Hiroshima).

It's pretty dense, but nothing that really stands out (from what i've seen in those pics anyways) ->7/10 I do like it, tho.

Any city that can rebuild itself from a nuclear attack and total destruction deserves a lot of credit for that alone. Plus the skyline is actually quite nice.
So for a city of it's size I give it 8.5

I would give a 9/10 because of the level of Developement Since we destroyed it. Got to give big thumbs up to the Japanese. They were a good fight in WWII and would probally be a good fight again if we ever went to war them. If Tokoyo doesn't impress you, nothing will.
