Ayer que fui a la playa camino a Las Gemelas, vi que están terminando un rascacielo y parece que llegó a su altura, es grande como de 16 pisos. Lástima que no traía cámara. Me sorprendió mucho porque la última vez que andaba por allá aún no estaba, hace unos 2 meses. Sí que van rápido. Está más o menos a la altura del Dreams.

Para allá hay muchos edificios bonitos y altos. Si estubieran todos en la marina sería masivo el skyline jeje

jajaja, es mas ni aqui en mexico es considerado rascacielo un edificio de 20 pisos, lastima que en el pais no hay edificios mayores a los 55 pisos, solo es un edificio comun talves con estilo pero normal en cualquier ciudad incluyendo pto vallarta.

en las mañanas es fresco como 18° min, por las tardes una temperatura de 24° o 25° y un cielo despejado es el mes ideal para venir a vallarta

La nueva torre que se esta construyendo en plaza pelicanos se llamara sunset plaza y la parecer sera de tiempos compartidos (creo el mercado se volcara de nuevo en estos desarrollos) esta tiene una altura de 14 plantas incluyendo PB por lo que no sera de gran altura, pero si una buena señal de que las inversiones siguen llegando a vallarta, aqui unas fotos del render y la pagina oficial del proyecto.

aqui una imagen de la grua que se esta levantando aun, lastima que el dia no es el mejor para tmar fotos con un cell y no se aprecia como se van colocando partes de la estructura de la grua para levantarla cada vez mas.

RCI significa RESORT CONDOMINIUMS INTERNATIONAL (por sus siglas en ingles) y nada tiene que ver con el grupo constructor, RCI es una empresa que se dedica mas que nada a intercambiar lugares vacacionales alrededor del mundo de los que tienen tiempos compartidos, en cuanto a la constructora pues no lo se relamente yo le surto refacciones a un cliente que esta rentando su maquina alli pero segun se son varias empresas dependiendo del trabajo o construccion te refieras.

Amigos de Vallarta, ¿cómo van los avances de Tres Mares? ¿ya empezaron con los jardines? En las últimas fotos que vi no había nada verde alrededor.

posiblemente en fotos no se vea, pero ya esta la mayoria o por lo menos por donde pasan los carros camino a la torre, osea es muy poca, recordemos que por el momento la construccion de las otras 3 torres esta on hold, pero ya hay palmeras (muy chicas o de muy poco follaje) pasto ya esta puesto y albercas funcionando.


Por cierto de nueva cuenta Venetian torre 3000 parece estar on hold.

El 24 de Noviembre se inaugura el nuevo Walmart y la primera sección de la Macroplaza...
Se nota que quieren aprovechar la temporada navideña... Están trabajando hasta por la noche para alcanzar a terminarla... Lo malo es que desde la pavimentación de la avenida González Gallo, el trafico por la zona ha aumentado increíblemente... no me imagino como se complicará todo con este nuevo centro comercial... :(

El Autozone también ya casi abre...

Por alli e leido en los periodicos sobre que el ayunto de bahia de banderas no esta otorgando nuevos permisos para los anuncios espectaculares, a mi en lo particular me parece una medida muy buena, basta ver en solo 15 kilometros las decenas de espectaculares que existen a ambos lados de la carretera a puerto vallarta, pues bien al parecer los dueños tampoco estan retirando dichas estructiras metalicas ya q muchos o la mayoria estan amaparados provocando un impacto visual peor, ahorita ya muchos no tienen nada en la parte superior, pero hace unos meses muchas de las mantas o lonas que cubrian esas estructuras estaban hechas jirones las cuales volaban al viento cual banderas lo cual daba un aspecto de abandono y horror, creen ustedes que realmente el gobierno pueda retirar tantisima estructura metalica en el area de bahia de banderas, claro tambien esta la cuestion de que no hay mucho ya que anunciar....por el momento

bueno despues de la fotos que les mostre anteriormente, esta imagen debe ser..si no mas agradable por lo menos rara y graciosa si.


Iba hacia el centro de Puerto Vallarta por la mañana, y frente a mi paso esta señorit....bueno no era señorita, mas bien era una combinacion muy rara...un tipo con la boca pintada de rojo, peluca rubia, lentes enormes pedaleando descalzo y con una bolsa en la canastilla...creanme que para terminar la semana estuvo padre la escena, este tipo me hizo reir....por cierto iba mentandole la madre a cualquiera q se atreviera a decirle algo...luego dicen que por que los matan...jajajaja

puerto vallarta ya esta en google street no se desde cuando pero ahora me lleve la sorpresa

El servicio de Google Street View empezó desde el lunes 9 de Noviembre... Y la calidad de las imágenes es bastante buena... Mexico es el primer país de latinoamerica con este servicio y sólo están disponibles las ciudades de Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, Mexico DF, Puebla, Monterrey, Cancún y la Rivera Maya.
