A group of investors, led by AlHo9eini group, intend to build a landmark hotel/commercial tower in the centre of Jeddah.
Integral to the design of the tower is a massive arch that would be the largest in the world. The arch will be oriented towards Mecca forming a Mihrab.
The tower will be built on a 9000 sq. meter plot, close to historical district of Jeddah. The tower will be 50 storeys high and visible from all over Jeddah. A 5 star hotel and a mall would occupy the first 7 floors, and 33 floors will be allocated as office space. The project is estimated at 280 million SR.

Possibly. Our local press is incompetent enough to mix them up

Very interesting HiJazzy. I tried to compare budgets and floors I realized this
project is different then Jeddah International Business Center. I cant wait to
see it!

Thats nice to see. I think i saw in yestarday issue of alhayat newspaper a huge project off of jeddah in the red sea. The are creating a city that will house over 300,000 ppl any news ?
