MIAballinboi :) , Everyone talks alot about the Brickell Area Growth against the Central Business Downtown Area Growth. How About the Uptown-Midtown ARTS Area, IF all these Towers I mentioned Here get Built , THIS Area could be Larger than Brickell in about 10 Years !!! :cheers:

larger in terms of buildings... but not importance... they wont have the financial importance that the brickell financial district has... and the public transportation infrastruture... but ill b important in terms of entertainment... 10 years from now people will go to brickell to work, and uptown to play... and both will have equally impressive skylines

sorry but i think its time to change the name to brickell residential district.......

hopefully this latest office building (park place II) will start a trend and that will never happen...
