Cost: $24m Dubai-Lover March 13th, 2005, 02:59 AM $24 million Al Waseel Tower in Doha - 1/28/2005 The Qatar Islamic Bank signed a $24 million (QR87m) worth Istissna contract for the construction of the Al Waseel Tower, which will be built in the New West Bay Area within a period of 18 months, said a bank spokesman. The tower will consist of 16 multi-floors, a basement and a ground floor, he added. “The project called Syna Development and Engineering” will be constructed by Mann Enterprise - Qatar while the site supervision and management will be done by the Consultant Arab Engineering Bureau. |
