I like the building, Most of it's glory comes from the fact that it is the first skyscraper to rise from Ground zero, Once Freedom Tower and the other WTC buildings go up, 7WTC will virtually dissapear by comparison. :runaway:

Wow, it's really going up nice. Too bad for the Freeedom Tower though.

...i've always wondered why they didn't took long to build it again...does anyone know?

they are sure taking their time with the freedom tower...NOTHING is rising yet at the site..... :(

This building is posotively gorgous. I know Philly is getting a lot fo new stuff, liek Comact Center, etc, but I wish we would get a decent 700 footer that was like this big boy.

wow towersnyc, those are some good pics! new 7 really has a feel that's so similar to the original 7. both has the same dominant and towering look, despire having 2 different architectural styles.

this is the only building in the new wtc that i like, the rest need some real radical redesign to be acceptable in the nyc skyline.

that damaged building behind new 7wtc's 30 west broadway, which is north of the original 7 wtc. apparently the reason why it was not repaired is because there's no tenants seeking to reoccupy the building. in contrast, the u.s. post office on vesey st (white building to the right of new 7 on the first pic in this post) was only very lightly damaged by 7 wtc's collapse, despite being directly across the street of the building.

They haven't fixed it becuase they just restored it into a brand new dorm in like August 2001.

Looks nice. Now all we need is the Original Twin Towers back. ;)
