For you 12 is the best, for me 7. 12 looks very simply, bad proportions and rendering is crap.

12th is definitely not simply. I like it the most too. There are not official talks that it'll win the competition (it does not mean that it'll be chosen to be built though). 7th looks nice but it reminds me some other buildings. ;)

I wrote "not official talks" - it means that there are some rumours. Official is when the winners of the competition will be officially announced.

Some people who are into architecture agree that 12 is the best one without much competition from other projects and it's very likely that it will be the winner. There is one problem with it though, it might be a bit too massive for the area. Otherwise it's a perfect building representing the best trends of European architecture (that's why we can't compare it with Dubai's or similar style projects). 7 might look nice from the first sight but it's not what should be built in a modern European city (not that it's bad, just out of its place) ;)

nr. 12 is the best from architectural point of view, but is too short IMO. Nr. 11 fits well to other Vilnius highrises, but is too simple. Hard to decide... OK, I vote for 12 ;)

Its 16 floors so it's not that short, most of other realistic proposals also have got 16-18 floors, I really doubt that they would choose something taller than 20 storeys ;)
Though it might look like a "lowrise" because it's really massive. Still I think it's a great project, if well implemented it could easily be the best piece of contemporary architecture in Vilnius. :)
