actually if you look well enough, you can find many visions made for russian cities, as well as some visions which might get the chance to get built,
but most of all there are some even crazier ideas there, it's nice to see that the Bulgarian architects are still inspired, now if only someone had the $$$, and if only demand could grow... if not, I guess they can always try to find jobs in Istanbul's booming marker, because these guys have skills!

A. Change their name, move to Albania, and get a government job.
B. Be burried to their necks and publicly stoned.
C. Evolve.

They're good though, overall, 3tMK. The market I LOVE! Oh my God...I'm so glad you posted that, I LOVE it. The others...I wouldn't gag if I was walking down the street between them. :) Nothing exciting, some more beautiful than others.

Yeah - the market is an usual design - kinda has a laboratory feel. perhaps its the location.

Architectural projects are often a good route in when trying to learn about another culture.

The construction works are about to begin very soon...

Nope...it got aquired by Viva ventures and then sold again, you all know about those deals. During the period Viva owned BTC, they reorganized their business. Previously, BTC had 28 RUDs, they now have 11 ones and while most of the IT work is concentrated in Sofia now, they have 2 call centres for Eastern/Western BG, located in Burgas and Pleven. There is a call centre of Vivatel in Sofia, but it's waaay too small to fit in such a building. I don't think this is gonna be built since those were pre-privatisation plans.
