Limassol doesn't have an Airport, In cyprus there are only two airports i.e. Larnaca and Paphos. you must have been to the one in Larnaca.

AMS -Amsterdam Schiphol
The best airport I visited so far. The architecture is not really stunning but not bad as well. More importantly, it's compact, easy to navigate and it still is packed with loads of features. And it has perhaps the best transfer train -> plane in the world. The train station is located in the Schiphol Plaza shopping mall, which connects to the various departure and arrival areas.

KEF - Reykjavik Keflavik International
Small airport and located very far from the city itself. Despite its size a pleasant airport - clean and neat on the inside.

JFK - New York John F Kennedy
Terrible airport, confusing and ugly. Very small and cramped departure hall (at least where I departed). And I found it unbelievable it didn't have a serious public transport connection to the city (I know this has improved a bit know with the new airtrain connecting to the subway or LIRR).

EWR - Newark
Far superior to JFK, a fare more pleasant airport to arrive and depart when visiting NYC. Still nothing special though, and also unbelievable there's no direct one seat ride to NYC.

LIS - Lisbon
A surprisingly small airport for this capital city. Conveniantly located very close to the city center, although I suspect people living near the airport may think differently about this... planes are coming in very low above the city. Nothing special, but for its size it has a decent amount of tax-free shops and food/drink outlets.

PEK - Beijing
Nice airport, but rather small considering the size of the city. But hey - they're building a brilliant new airport, so who cares?

HEL- Helsinki (together with Paris CDG the worst airport, horrible check-in, no separate check-in counters for different flights but one huge queue to all flights, horrible, makes u wait 2or 3 hrs just for check-in plus security check and long run to the gate – be very early before ur flight at this airport)
BRU- Bruxelles (nice one)
LTN- London Luton (hopeless place, ur luggage may be at the totally different belt from what the screens make u believe – if they work!)

SVO- Moskva Sheremetievo (crapy place, stinks, because smoking is allowed at special places, where they installed the air/smoke-sucker machines, which don’t help much:/)
ATH- Athina (nice one, well connected to town)

MNL - Ninoy Aquino, Manila (Very nice and chill new terminal 3 but as a airport all in one very very bad, all terminals are not connected to each other and located at different sides of the airport which makes u take a taxi to transfer from one to another, no public transportation, and taxi driver will rip u off on short ride, bargain before u enter the cab! )

HKG- Hongkong (nice – good transfer via metro – but expensive, take the bus S1, S64 to the Tung Chung metro station and hop on the train there, u can lose 20minutes of time and save some 20-30 US$

SHA- Shanghai Hongqiao (metro connected)
PVG- Shanghai Pudong (metro and Maglev connected, very nice airport)

Turkey is debatable. Cyprus is in Europe. Fact.

Cyprus is part of the EU.
The currency used in Cyprus is the Euro.
Cyprus is officially one of the 27 nations in Europe.

Being an island, Cyprus isn't directly connected to any continent. It's politically part of Europe (Cyprus joined the EU in 2004), but its nearest large land mass is Asia (it's 75km from Turkey) and it's also close to Africa and the middle-east. Most Cypriots would probably say they were Europeans.

When it comes to flights to Cyprus, Larnaca and Paphos are both considered as European flights and are treated as such.
